§ 10-256. Noncompliance with order as misdemeanor.

A person who fails or refuses to comply with an order issued under this article within the time prescribed by the order or this article, is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
