§ 22-113. Registration required; exceptions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, use or possess a police alarm system without complying with the provisions of this article or without registering said police alarm.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall not be applicable to audible alarms affixed to motor vehicles or to the city.
