§ 26-223. Prohibitions on premises of drive-in restaurants.

  • (a)

    No person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant shall race the motor of any motor vehicle, blow his horn, needlessly bring to a sudden stop or start any motor vehicle, block any traffic aisle, remain on the premises for purposes other than the purchasing or consuming of food products or beverages sold by such restaurant, or make or cause to be made any other loud noise, nuisances or disturbances, whereby the quiet and good order of the premises or of the neighborhood is disturbed.

    (b)

    No person shall enter upon, drive through, traverse, circle, loop or otherwise use the premises of a drive-in restaurant for purposes other than the purchasing or consuming of food products or beverages sold by such restaurant.
