§ 26-260. Loitering in or around gambling establishments.

It shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly frequent or loaf, loiter or idle in or around or be the occupant of or be employed in any unlicensed gambling establishment or establishment where alcoholic liquor is sold without a license.
